Information we use

• Inquiries: your name, work email, company or organization, optional message, submission time, and the page and contact button you used. We use these to respond, discuss our services and keep track of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
• Site security and delivery: hosting and spam-protection providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and request details. We use a short-lived, keyed IP hash for rate limiting. Email delivery records help us detect failed notifications and confirmations.
• Optional analytics: if you opt in, Google Analytics measures page visits, engagement and form events. Our analytics implementation excludes inquiry fields, URL query strings and fragments, and sends only the referring site’s origin. Google may also process technical device and network information.
• Optional visitor identification: if you opt in, RB2B and its data partners may associate cookies, IP addresses and browsing activity with company information, email addresses or professional profiles. Outlever may use those matches to understand business interest and for sales and marketing follow-up. Matches can be incomplete or incorrect.

Optional means optional

Google Analytics and RB2B stay off until you choose Accept all or select individual services under Customize and save your choice. For a first visit, closing the dialog leaves both optional services off. Essential only or saving both options unchecked turns them off. Closing without saving an existing choice leaves that choice unchanged. You can still read the site and submit an inquiry.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days, including when it was saved and which version of the choice you saw. You can change it using Cookie choices in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping both optional services off. A new browser or cleared storage may require a new choice.

Withdrawing permission stops future optional collection from this browser. It does not automatically delete previously collected information or data held by providers. You can also use the Retention identity-database opt-out (opens in a new tab) and contact us about information already held.

Who processes the information

Cloudflare

Hosting, request security, Turnstile spam protection and durable inquiry storage. Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Resend and Google Workspace

Inquiry notifications, confirmations and business correspondence. Internal inquiry emails go to Jeff and Melissa. Resend privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Google Analytics

Optional audience measurement after your choice. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation.

RB2B and its data partners

Optional visitor identification after your choice. Their processing and database practices are described in the RB2B privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We may share information with service providers and advisers as needed to operate our business, comply with legal obligations or protect against abuse. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy rights and protections can differ by location.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and correspondence records while handling your request and as needed for the business relationship, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Saved inquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion timer. Email copies and provider records have separate retention settings; removing a website record does not remove every copy.

Cookie choices expire after 180 days. Technical security and delivery records are retained according to their operational purpose and provider settings. Contact us if you want information about retention for your records or to request deletion.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and delivery monitoring. No website or email service can promise absolute security. Please do not include passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.

Questions, requests and follow-up

Email jeff@outlever.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection to marketing, or information associated with a website visit. You can also reply to our correspondence to ask us to stop marketing follow-up. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and will explain any limits that apply.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by law. You may also be able to complain to your local data-protection authority. Optional tracking choices do not determine how we handle records needed to respond to your inquiry or meet legal obligations.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We update this notice when our practices change and identify the revision date above.
